In this three-hour master class, where Yin Yoga and Mindfulness are combined, you’ll learn skills to  notice, accept and let go of 'positive and negative' thoughts, feelings and physical sensations. Creating therefore, opportunities to handle or deal with your experiences differently.

We begin with a guided meditation, in which you become aware of your thoughts, feelings and physical sensations while watching the breath. Subsequently you will confront yourself in the Yin Yoga session with your habitual patterns, limits and blockages on an emotional, physical and mental level. We do this by staying 5 minutes or more in various poses, trying to relax completely and accepting everything as it comes in that moment. A pose can sometimes trigger intense effects, in those moments you will learn not to judge and to meet your limits with loving kindness and compassion. At the end you will enjoy the energetic effects in a well-deserved relaxation. We end the master class with a Metta meditation that softens and opens your heart to yourself and others with a sense of connectedness.

The combination of Yin Yoga & Mindfulness brings you closer to yourself, opens your joints, stimulates your overall energy and stretches the connective tissues of your hips, legs, lower back and torso.

Level: This master class is open to anyone who is looking for connection, relaxation and friendliness. Regardless of your age, body type or level of fitness. From total beginners to advanced yoga and / or meditation practitioners. Also suitable for pregnant women.
