Full Body Release: Yin Flow & Acupressure for hips, back & diaphragm, neck & shoulders
This package is for you when your body feels stiff, your mind won’t stop, and you long for deep release.
Three Yin Yoga classes that work together to open your hips, soften your diaphragm to free your breath, release and strengthen your neck, back and shoulders.
By consciously tending to these areas with Yin and gentle Yang poses, Acupressure, Pranayama and Meditation, you’ll enhance blood, lymph and Chi circulation and support deep physical and emotional release.
During three classes, you’ll develop a healthier posture, a calmer mind and a lighter, more spacious body.
✨ January 16th – Hip Release
Do you experience stiffness and tension in your hips, groins and buttocks? Then this class may do wonders for you. You'll release long-held tightness in the fascia and muscular layers with a combination of Yin poses, Acupressure with balls, flowing movements, breathwork and deep relaxation.
By stimulating the hips, your legs and lower back benefit as well, and emotional release may arise. Give yourself the space and time to let it all move through.
I always offer different variations for each pose, so you can target the hip area in a way that feels safe and effective for your body.
Required Props: 2 blocks, belt, 4 tennis balls, 2 socks, blanket, bolster and pillow.
✨ February 6th – Back & Diaphragm: Deep breath and surrender
Great class if your lower back, mid back and diaphragm feel like armor: a sense of being stuck or rigid, not being able to breathe freely, or constantly being in “fight-or-flight” or a state of alertness.
You’ll use Yin poses to stimulate different parts of the spine and release the surrounding fascia and muscles. With breathing practices, you’ll soften the diaphragm so your breath can become deeper and fuller, and your nervous system can begin to relax. You’ll also apply acupressure with balls along the back to create deep relaxation and myofascial release.
As your body surrenders, you’ll notice more space in your breath.

✨ March 6th – Neck, Shoulders & Upper Back: Let the weight fall off your shoulders
A gentle Yin Yang session for those carrying their daily burdens in the neck, shoulders and upper back – the typical “computer posture”.
Through a combination of Yin poses and gentle dynamic movements, you’ll bring mobility, circulation and softness back into the front of the shoulders and chest, the area between and around the shoulder blades, and the tops of the shoulders where they meet the neck.
Creating pressure on certain acupuncture points will stimulate a deep myofascial release to soften tight knots. Some Yang poses will build strength in your upper back and support a more open, stable posture in daily life.
For each pose, I offer variations so you can practise in a way that suits your body, leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease in your upper body.
