21-Day Yin Yoga Pose Challenge


This challenge is an invitation for you to take 5-10 minutes out of your day, to make TIME FOR YOURSELF, to tune in and reconnect, every day, for 21 days. Cultivate a deeper connection with yourself, become more mindful to the present moment and EMPOWER yourself. We can all practice yoga. It really does not matter how ‘flexible’ or ‘fit’ you are. Everyone can do it! Correct alignment does not matter, flexibility is not important.. truly! Every one of us is shaped differently (even on the inside our bones are different shapes) and we each possess a different quality to how we move. So the focus in this 21 Day Challenge will not be about “proper” alignment. It will be about FUNCTIONAL alignment; giving enough variations and adaptions so you can find a version of a pose that benefits you so your body can heal, your mind can be explored and deep emotions and blockages can be released. So reserve 5 – 10 minutes of your time, every day, for yourself. Yin Yoga is a meditative practice and will relax your nervous system by allowing time and space for whatever that needs to come up. It can help you to peel back the layers and heal through awareness, and observation. Physically, mentally and emotionally.
