The first time I practiced Yin Yoga back in 2007, when it was still quite unknown, I felt such profound calmness and inner vibrancy. In that moment, I knew: this is a practice everyone deserves to experience!

I fell in love with the time, space, and stillness it offers, giving me the chance to slow down, to feel, to release, to become aware, and to reconnect with myself.

I wish the same experience for you in my classes, where I invite you to pause from a fast-paced life and bring more Yin qualities into your life.

My functional and personal teaching style allows you to practice yoga in the way that works best for you!

Live Yin Yoga Classes

I offer packages of three 90-minute live online Yin Yoga classes, all connected by one theme and taught in English.

This allows you to explore the theme from different angles, go deeper into the practice, and take time between classes to integrate and embody the benefits—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
 

What to expect in every class

  • Yin Yoga poses for deep release, adapted to your possibilities so you can fully surrender.

  • Acupressure (self-applied) to support physical, emotional, and myofascial release.

  • Pranayama to calm your nervous system and regulate your energy.

  • Meditation & Shavasana to integrate the practice and rest deeply.

  • Personalized options and adjustments I offer so the practice feels safe, effective, and nourishing for you

Preparation for a Class

I personalize each class to your needs. I’m online from 7:50 p.m. CET to say hi and check in on any injuries or requests to consider during the practice, before we begin at 8:00 p.m. CET.
To be able to offer personalized options, I invite you to keep your camera on, only if that feels comfortable for you.
At the end, I keep communication minimal to honor the inward focus, but you’re welcome to share questions or experiences in the Zoom chat.

 

# Recommended basics: a mat, pillow, blanket, or any props you have (e.g. blocks/books, bolster, belt).

Whichever package you choose, you can do the classes at your own pace and revisit them anytime.

Sometimes, you may need extra personalized guidance, care, and attention to navigate challenges or deepen your practice. Whether you’re experiencing physical discomfort from injuries or ailments, feeling mentally or emotionally stuck, managing burnout, or simply looking for a yoga practice that aligns with your unique needs and possibilities, my Private Guidance Sessions can offer the empowering support you seek.

 

How It Works

To align the session with your unique body, temperament, and potential, we begin with an assessment to identify your goals and challenges. I then create a holistic practice drawing from Yoga and Chinese Medicine, which may include:
 

Yoga poses
Breathwork
Meditation
Acupressure, tapping, Reiki, or other forms of Chi stimulation


I’ll guide you through the personalized practice using a functional approach, adjusting and refining it based on what works for you and helping you gain valuable insights into your body and yourself as a whole.

4 Session Plan

A four-session plan is recommended, as it allows us to experiment, reflect, and refine what truly benefits you. Between sessions, you’ll practice at home and journal your experiences, so we can adapt and deepen the practice to meet your evolving needs.

 

Together, we’ll create a practice that fits your life, deepens self-awareness, and empowers you to trust in your own body and experience.
