Would you like to teach your students how to practice yoga using a functional approach — so they can explore what truly works for them? For me, yoga is not about fitting into a perfect shape, but about discovering what feels effective, safe, and freeing for the body, mind, and heart. Whether it’s postures, breathwork, or meditation — there is no single right way. As yoga teachers, our role goes beyond guiding students through a well-rounded sequence. I see it as a shared calling — to support our students in listening inward, tuning into their own sensations, and creating a sustainable, functional practice that honours their unique body and experience. Together, we empower them to become their own best teacher. This session is for teachers who want to create inclusive, student-centered classes where each individual feels supported to explore, adapt, and confidently practice in a way that is safe, effective and beneficial for them. Length: 90 minutes Recording date: 31th January 2023
