The first time I practiced Yin Yoga back in 2007, when it was still quite unknown, I felt such profound calmness and inner vibrancy. In that moment, I knew: this is a practice everyone deserves to experience!

I fell in love with the time, space, and stillness it offers, giving me the chance to slow down, to feel, to release, to become aware, and to reconnect with myself.

I wish the same experience for you in my classes, where I invite you to pause from a fast-paced life and bring more Yin qualities into your life.

As everyone is unique in body, temperament and potential, I don’t teach a “one way fits all.” In my functional and personal teaching style, I attune each pose, breath or meditation to what’s possible for you. This way, you feel seen and supported — free to explore a yoga practice that truly works for you!

Live Yin Yoga Classes

Themed Yin Yoga Class Packages, attuned to you (live online)


I offer three-class packages of 90-minute Yin Yoga sessions, all connected by one theme. I shape these themes with you, drawing on what you share in the booking form - your theme requests, injuries, and issues - so I can attune both the theme and the practice to you.

The three-class package allows you to explore the theme from different angles, go deeper into the practice, and take time between classes to integrate, to repeat (with the recording 🤩), and receive the benefits, physically, emotionally, and energetically.
 

What to expect in every class

  • Yin Yoga poses to release tension, harmonize Chi flow, and enhance overall wellbeing.

  • Self-applied Acupressure & Reiki to support physical, emotional, and myofascial release.

  • Pranayama to calm your nervous system and regulate your energy.

  • Meditation & Shavasana to integrate the practice and rest deeply.

  • I offer personalized options and adjustments to ensure your practice becomes safe, effective, and nourishing for you.​

How the 3-class packages work

  • You can purchase a 3-class package at a special price any time before the first class date.

  • Once the first class has taken place, the special package price is no longer available.

  • After each live session, you’ll get access to that class recording.

  • Buying the package allows you to join all three classes live at a reduced price and fully enjoy the benefits of the theme.

Single Classes

  • If you prefer, you can purchase single classes before their live date.

  • After the live session, you’ll receive access to that class recording.

  • Once a single class has taken place, it’s no longer available for purchase.

  • If you missed the chance to buy the 3-class package at the reduced price, all three class recordings will be available as a complete package after the third session at the regular price.
     

Access to Recordings

  • Everyone who registers for a class will get access to the recording within 48 hours after the class has ended.

  • The recording can be found in My Recordings once you are logged in to your YogaTreat account.

  • You can rewatch the recording anytime and practice as often as you like.

Whether you’re experiencing physical discomfort from injuries or ailments, feeling mentally or emotionally stuck, managing burnout, or simply looking for a yoga practice that aligns with your unique needs and possibilities, my Private Guidance Sessions can offer the empowering support you seek.

 

How It Works

To align the session with your unique body, temperament, and potential, we begin with an assessment to identify your goals and challenges. I then create a holistic practice drawing from Yoga and Chinese Medicine, which may include:

Yoga poses
Breathwork
Meditation
Acupressure, tapping, Reiki, or other forms of Chi stimulation


I’ll guide you through the personalized practice using a functional approach, adjusting and refining it based on what works for you and helping you gain valuable insights into your body and yourself as a whole.

4 Session Plan

A four-session plan is recommended, as it allows us to experiment, reflect, and refine what truly benefits you. Between sessions, you’ll practice at home and journal your experiences, so we can adapt and deepen the practice to meet your evolving needs.

Together, we’ll create a practice that fits your life, deepens self-awareness, and empowers you to trust in your own body and experience.
